What was the highlight of Nirwana Resort Hotel
Wonderful
The hotel is dated and could use a face lift, but still decent overall. Staff are all friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of things to do with kids around the hotel (bowling, kids club, airsoft, batik painting, swimming etc). Food at the kelong is delicious. Food at breakfast buffet and Dino Bistro is decent but can be better in terms of variety and flavours.
Hotel room floor felt a bit dusty upon check-in and could do with a light mop. Swimming pool floor also could do with a bit more cleaning.

Fun, will likely come back again.
Good location, pretty scenery, lots of amenities and games
No cheaper food options in the property. Most restaurant foods were on the more expensive end

Overall good tay except for Hotel Guest car booking
Overall is okay. In terms of facilities, transport and restaurants.
Hotel Guest Service for booking taxis for day tours is bad. They want to charge for big car and ended up showing small car which by right, should be cheaper. They dont want to change the price. We cancelled the trip from Hotel.
